Welcome to InfoSecPanda (“InfoSecPanda”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.infosecpanda.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) About the Site

InfoSecPanda provides cybersecurity framework explorers, educational resources, templates, and information about services and products (including PandaGRC, which may be in development). The Site may include embedded third-party content (for example, dashboards or videos).

2) Educational content vs. consulting services

The Site includes educational resources (framework explorers, templates, and articles) meant to support learning and planning. This content is general in nature and may not reflect your organization’s specific environment. If you need tailored advice or implementation support, InfoSecPanda provides professional services under a separate written agreement.

3) Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or related systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including by introducing malware, automated scraping at scale, or denial-of-service attacks)

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

  • Use the Site to infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights

  • We may suspend or block access to the Site if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or harms the Site or other users.

4) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, InfoSecPanda owns (or licenses) the Site and all content on it, including text, design, branding, graphics, and original explanatory content (collectively, “Content”). All rights are reserved.

You may view and use the Site for personal or internal business reference. You may not, without our written permission:

  • Copy, republish, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Content

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute the Content at scale

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

  • Framework and trademark notice: Any third-party trademarks, standards, or framework names referenced on the Site (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST CSF, ISO, SOC 2, CIS Controls) belong to their respective owners. InfoSecPanda is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those organizations unless explicitly stated.

5) Embedded dashboards and third-party services

The Site may include embedded content or services provided by third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, availability, or content.

6) Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to support Site functionality, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

7) User submissions (forms and messages)

If you submit information to us through forms or email (“Submissions”), you agree that:

  • You have the right to provide the information

  • Your Submission does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights

  • You will not send confidential information unless we have explicitly agreed in writing to receive it

  • We may use Submissions to respond to you and improve our services and resources. For personal data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

  • No public comments: The Site does not currently provide public commenting features. If we add community features in the future, separate rules may apply.

8) Services and inquiries

Any descriptions of services on the Site are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Engagements are confirmed only when both parties agree in writing (e.g., a signed statement of work, proposal, or service agreement).

9) Links to other websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

  • The Content will always be complete, current, or accurate

  • Any defects will be corrected immediately

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoSecPanda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Content.

If any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, InfoSecPanda’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any liability relating to paid services will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfoSecPanda from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity

13) Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update or change the Site, including discontinuing features, at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we update them, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
